Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business in San Diego and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate complex contracts
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and forecast revenue
- Participate in industry networking events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven outside sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Track record in B2B sales within technology or SaaS industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 30-40% within Southern California
