Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads promptly and accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a commission-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
