Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients to uncover needs and close sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
