Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Present product demos and service offerings to potential clients with a focus on consultative selling.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target markets.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
