Responsibilities

- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and CRM data management
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets with 30+ qualified demos booked
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 95%+ accuracy
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree a plus
- Flexible availability including 2-3 evenings/week
