Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining client relationships
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
