Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales techniques
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs in a part-time capacity
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
- Document sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome client objections
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer literacy and data analysis capabilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
- Valid US work authorization and CA residency required
