Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections to drive conversions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline activity and update records.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM EST).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
