Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations and consultative selling

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong time management skills for independent night shift work
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience working in night shift or flexible schedules
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work on-site in DC
