Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs and pain points
- Present tailored product solutions and effectively communicate value propositions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or outbound prospecting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Available to work 20-25 hours/week (flexible scheduling available)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
