Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and virtual meetings across time zones
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to track leads and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Develop deep product knowledge to present complex solutions effectively
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through post-sale relationship management
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/tech products preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
