Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM pipeline management
- Present product solutions to C-suite executives via virtual/digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales collateral
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify market trends and competitive advantages
- Train junior sales associates on objection handling and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M annual sales quota
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPI dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- CompTIA Sales+ or Salesforce certifications preferred
