Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Track all sales activities in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate records
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing training sessions
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
