Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the local Oakland market.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients through consultative selling.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and finalize sales to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
