As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business through high-volume outbound calling and lead qualification. We provide the leads, the training, and the support; you provide the hustle and the closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads during night shift hours.
- Identify and qualify prospects to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Present our services and product portfolio in a compelling and professional manner.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during night shifts.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
