Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via virtual demonstrations and consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95% activity rate
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based selling techniques
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
