Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to decision-makers during evening hours.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding prospect interactions and status.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity.
- Continuously research market trends to improve sales strategies and pitch effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
