As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls and emails to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and onboarding.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track interactions, forecast revenue, and update activity logs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with a high level of self-motivation.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
