Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to present product solutions and secure sales.
- Accurately document all client interactions and sales data within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the night shift leadership team to strategize and optimize closing techniques.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong network of professional relationships to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable transportation required for night shift schedules.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM or 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM).
