Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new business clients through in-person visits and relationship building
- Present product solutions to commercial and industrial prospects across the Fort Worth metroplex
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales activities
