Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Manage inventory stock levels and report shortages or damages.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
