Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in daily training sessions and sales workshops to enhance product knowledge and closing techniques.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and handle objections professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a desire to learn new sales techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local business meetings.
