Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outside sales calls and meetings with potential clients in the Nashville area.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Present products or services to clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to ensure consistent closing.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, retail sales, or a related field (candidates with strong communication skills and a hunger to succeed are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
