Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of NexGen Solutions. You will engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and guide them through our sales funnel. This role is perfect for individuals looking for a stable income with significant upside through commissions.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads in the US market.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle inbound inquiries.
- Manage and update customer data within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive phone demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
