Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales calls and emails during the night shift.
- Qualify prospects and effectively present product solutions to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to ensure revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and sales strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
