What You'll Do
Our night shift sales professionals are the heartbeat of our evening operations. You will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive results.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone or in person to identify needs and close sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge and store presentation during night operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
