Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Track daily activity and meet or exceed weekly sales quotas.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to product and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid New York-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
