Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product solutions to prospects and overcome objections effectively
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Valid Ohio driver's license (client site visits required)
