Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in Dallas/NY metro areas
- Conduct high-impact discovery meetings with C-suite executives to identify pain points
- Design customized solution proposals demonstrating ROI for complex tech stacks
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Collaborate with product team to provide market intelligence and feature feedback
- Host quarterly business reviews to expand account penetration and retention
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B outside sales with enterprise solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annually in quota achievement
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (SPIN, Challenger)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced CRM analytics tools
- Strong network of tech/finance contacts in Dallas/NY markets
- Ability to travel 40% of time across assigned territories
