Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the assigned territory in Ohio.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
- Close deals and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience preferred (B2B experience is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for territory travel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
