Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations for enterprise clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (avg. 15+ closed deals/month)
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and pipeline reporting
- Develop deep product knowledge across our SaaS platform suite
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
