Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business accounts across El Paso and surrounding regions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Present tailored product solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong B2B sales background in SaaS, technology, or industrial solutions preferred
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with executive-level experience
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish required for El Paso market
