Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise to articulate complex solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95% CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Conduct needs-based discovery calls to identify pain points and align solutions
- Close new business contracts ranging from $10k-$100k in value
- Partner with customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ in annual sales volume
- Expertise in Salesforce and outreach automation tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex deal experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work PST hours for cross-functional collaboration
