Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial clients across Michigan and Ohio
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through proactive prospecting
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and forecast growth
- Represent company at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude for industrial products
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 60% of time across Michigan/Ohio
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger) preferred
