Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and CRM management
- Build rapport with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 25+ daily call/contact targets
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Leverage Salesforce.com to track pipeline metrics and forecast revenue

Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the US with reliable transportation
