Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and digital outreach to qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in CRM system

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification
