Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to local clientele.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage inventory levels and organize the sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Assist in organizing community events and local promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly desired.
