As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a critical role in our revenue generation strategy, connecting with potential clients and guiding them through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule high-value product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead quality.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
