Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets
- Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial clients in Michigan
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Present complex solutions through customized product demonstrations
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for new client acquisition and revenue growth

Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience in industrial/commercial sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within Michigan
