Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately log all interactions and pipeline data into the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
