Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine approaches
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday hybrid support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Strong time management and adaptability to weekend/hybrid schedules
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
