Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Present product solutions to C-level decision-makers via virtual demos
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction
- Provide weekly pipeline reports and actionable insights to sales leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Compelling virtual presentation abilities with polished delivery
