Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly performance analytics
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (provide metrics)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional client meetings
