Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets in the San Jose Bay Area
- Prospect and engage C-level decision-makers at Fortune 500 and mid-market technology firms
- Lead full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with product teams to identify upsell opportunities and market feedback
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Present product demonstrations and ROI analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with proven quota achievement ($1M+ annually)
- Track record of selling SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
- Strong familiarity with San Jose's tech ecosystem and key industry players
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
