Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upsell opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic negotiation and solution-based selling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Track sales activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent RevenueMax at industry events and virtual trade shows
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in uncapped commission environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
