Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social networking.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify their specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for local business outreach.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (B2C experience considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong desire for financial growth.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required for team meetings).
- Must be a resident of the Greater Columbus, OH area.
