Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales targets with personalized client consultations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
