Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Execute effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and account retention.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track pipeline progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer success.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
