Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and CRM automation
- Present product solutions to B2B clients, demonstrating ROI and value propositions
- Close sales deals while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified interactions
- Document all activities in Salesforce and maintain pipeline accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in weekend shift training and team development sessions
- Exceed monthly KPIs including conversion rates and average deal size
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 9am-5pm)
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone presence
- Experience with B2B SaaS or technology sales preferred
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
