Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and research potential clients within the local and national markets.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to qualify prospects and book qualified meetings.
- Demo Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to decision-makers via Zoom and phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline hygiene.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales process to close new business and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with new clients to ensure onboarding success and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar commission-based role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone voice.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout the sales cycle.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred) and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our Chicago, IL office.
